Keystone Roofing and Waterproofing has been serving homeowners and business owners across NYC since our founding a decade and a half ago. For over 15 years, we have provided expert roofing installations, maintenance, and repairs as well as a variety of commercial and residential waterproofing services.
We operate locally, with most of our projects completed within the Bronx and other NYC areas. Our mission at Keystone is to provide important exterior and long-lasting solutions and peace of mind by being the most reliable, thorough, and safety-focused roofing and waterproofing experts in the region.
We are fully licensed, and insured, giving you confidence that we have the credentials and expertise to properly assess your needs, recommend the right solutions, and execute projects to the highest standards while on time and on budget.
History
Keystone Roofing and Waterproofing started as a one-man roofing business operating only within the Bronx. We have grown considerably over the last decade, expanding our services to include all types of residential and commercial roofing and waterproofing after bringing experts with a wealth of experience to join our team.
This allowed us to help even more customers resolve exterior structural issues and prevent costly water damage. Over the next 20 years, we seek to expand our service area to cover all of New York City and this will be done by our commitment to bring quality and long-lasting solutions to all property owners in the city.
Major milestones for Keystone include being named the first contractor in NYC to achieve GAF Master Elite Certification, winning ABC’s Best Roofing Company award for over 10 years straight, and completing over 5,000 roofing and waterproofing projects since our founding.
